About the role

Most data tools are powerful and overwhelming. We are trying to make one that a non-technical operator and a staff engineer both love. As one of our early designers, you will own meaningful surfaces end to end and help define the craft bar for the whole product.

What you'll do

• Own flows from first sketch to shipped feature, not just the handoff in between.

• Prototype quickly to find the simplest version of a hard idea.

• Build and tend a design system that scales with the product.

• Talk to users often and let what you learn change your mind.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product design with a portfolio that shows depth, not just polish.

• Strong systems thinking and comfort with genuinely complex products.

• The ability to drive a problem from ambiguity to a shipped solution.

• Clear communication and a collaborative, low-ego style.

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B or data-heavy SaaS.

• A feel for motion and interaction detail.

• Experience building or maintaining design systems.

Compensation and location
